Location short walk to mall as well as Binyas Square metro station. A lot of food options approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the venue. Neat room and bathroom with a bath.

The hotel is exceptionally comfortable and amazing. All the staff members are top-class and well-mannered. the location is favorable, a short walk to Old Dubai, Binyas Square Metro Station, and a mall. The value for money at this hotel was excellent, with clean and comfortable rooms. The location was perfect for those who enjoy walking through vibrant areas with diverse culinary options. The staff went above and beyond to provide exceptional service, with special mentions to Ifti, Trever, and the lady manager of housekeeping who even helped me carry my luggage to the 3rd floor.
The breakfast could be improved with more variety of options.
